One of the original founders of All American Supply Company (pre All American Millwork, LLC), Mrs. Mourin-Ayish is the Sales and Marketing Director and was a co-creator of the Distinctive Doors product line. A graduate of Miami Dade Community College in Business Administration, she has worked in the door industry for the past 13 years in other positions such as a purchasing manager for HV Southern Company and as an export manager for Southwestern Regional Sales Company.
Bruce DeSautel is the Director of Production and Distribution. In this role, Bruce is responsible for overseeing efficiencies in the receiving, assembly and completion of the company’s beautiful doors. His duties also include overseeing the final delivery aspects of our product. Bruce is also the lead for research and development for the company. His background in construction and technical expertise serve him well in his current role.
Bruce’s background is comprised of twenty plus years in the construction industry. This includes all facets from renovations to ground up building. In his prior role, he worked for Home Depot for 14 years performing various job functions. These included Customer Project Coordinator, overseeing all the installers for several stores, and District Commercial Sales Supervisor, overseeing commercial sales aspects for all Miami-Dade and Monroe County Home Depots. Prior to joining Home Depot, Bruce owned and operated a residential remodeling company.
Bruce attended Florida International University majoring in Construction Management. He was a member of the Steering Committee and technical advisory committee for the Florida Alliance for Safe Homes. While at Home Depot, he was the District Captain for community relations engaged in activities such as Kaboom playground which benefits underprivileged children and Habitat for Humanity.

Omar Espinoza is a research associate at Virginia Tech. Mr. Espinoza has a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from the Private University of Bolivia, a Masters in International Business from Florida International University, and a Master of Science and Doctoral Degree in Wood Science and Forest Products from Virginia Tech. Before coming to the U.S. to pursue his graduate studies, he worked for seven years as a production manager at Sali Wood Products Industry, a Bolivian manufacturer of solid wood doors and millwork, with sales mostly in the export market. During this time, he has been manager for several big projects, among them the manufacturing, installation, and finishing of architectural millwork and furniture for three Mormon Temples in South America (Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia). During his time at the company, the staff grew from 30 employees to 60.
His current research focuses on quality management, supply chain management, and process improvement in the wood products industry. In previous research work he developed an improvement program for Bolivian lumber drying operations. Mr. Espinoza has published more than 15 articles in peer-reviewed and trade journals, in topics such as improvement of lumber drying, quality measurement, and energy efficiency.
Nelson is a “hands-on” co-owner of All American Millwork since June of 2011.
As its President and CEO, he is accountable to ensure that the organization fulfills its long term vision of a world class business so as to achieve its ongoing mission of providing exceptional quality products and services, economically, swiftly and with great customer service.
Having worked throughout the United States and Europe in various capacities of diverse industries, Nelson has learned and then applied best business practices for the betterment of those businesses and for the benefit of their customers.
Nelson is a firm advocate that the vigor and vitality of an organization are determined by the caliber of its employees working together in a collaborative team based approach.
A key driver of quality at the source, Nelson ensures that effective business methodologies are properly utilized while at the same time focusing on performance improvement initiatives. The result is greater operational efficiency that enhances the capability to service the customer throughout the sales order process.
Nelson earned an MBA with Distinction from Adelphi University, specializing in Human Resource Management, and has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Drexel University. He served as a Captain, Military Intelligence, in the United States Army Reserves and Army National Guard until 1993 when he received an honorable discharge.
Eddie Cavadas is a student at Florida International University studying for his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Eddie first began with All American in 2005 as a Customer Service associate. Since his arrival, he has worked in order entry, shipping and logistics, inventory management, and participated in product knowledge classes. Today Eddie is the Materials Manager for All American and helps oversee that each order receives all required product and ensures the arrival in a timely fashion.

Reginald began working with All American in Jan 2002. He has over 20 years’ experience in the IT Field. As the IT Network Administrator some of his daily responsibilities includes: troubleshooting PC/Network issues, maintenance & configure the Network, software installation and implementing Network Design.
Reginald has a Bachelor in Computer Sciences from Pace University and a Masters of Sciences in Computing Technology in Education. In addition, he has earned various IT certifications such as: A+, Network+, INET+ and Microsoft Certified Professional.
Mauricio Rosas is the Customer Service and Logistics Specialist at All American Millwork. In the ‘Customer Service’ aspect of his work, Mauricio handles order entry to ensure that there are no delays with getting customer’s their order acknowledgement and Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs). In the area of Logistics, Maurcio not only processes your order in a timely manner, but he ensures that it also arrives safe and free from freight damages. All in all, Mauricio sees your order the minute it is received until the ordered unit is shipped.
Mauricio was born in Queens, New York but has been living in Miami for the past 16 years. He’s currently attending Miami Dade College studying American History.

After his Master’s degree in Russia, his first working experience was in Cuba where he worked as a project architect in a Government Construction Company in the central part of the country. Dwelling buildings and urban design were among the main projects.
Forced to leave Cuba, the family relocated to Spain in 1995 where he joined a very renowned architecture firm in Canary Islands and worked as a project architect, architectural engineer and project manager. Main projects: Sports center, Malls, Hotels, Residential Buildings and Compounds.
In 2004, he became an Architectural Engineer Associate of a Consulting Engineering Company in Las Palmas. He also had the opportunity to work as a General Manager and Project Manager and was in charge of several projects such as Shopping Centers, Hotels, Dwelling and Parking Buildings.
In search of a more global professional experience he joined an international Consulting Engineering Company in Madrid 2008 where he worked as a head of Technical Department and was assigned to the Middle East in the Abu Dhabi / Dubai Branch as a Project Manager until December 2010.
Having completed such a long trip around the world, it is time to bring all that global knowledge to his second hometown, Miami.
Stephanie Rosas is the resident bookkeeper at All American Millwork. One of the longest tenured employees, beginning in 2004, she has dipped her hands in sales and purchasing before her current role at AAM. Being at the company for so long has lead Stephanie to be an all around leader. Her drive and her keen eye for prioritizing has gotten her to the very important job of bookkeeping.
Stephanie has lived in Miami, Florida for 17 years. She's currently studying business at Florida International University. Stephanie enjoys yoga and traveling to pass time.

Lillian Dawes is the Sales Specialist at All American Millwork. As a ‘Sales Specialist’, Lillian ensures that the customer’s order gets priced and returned within 24 hours via e-mail or fax. Lillian will be working with you on a one-on-one basis to ensure your order meets above your expectations.
Lillian was born and raised in Miami, FL. Lillian is of Cuban and British decent. She is a current student at Miami Dade College, Majoring in Elementary Education and Minoring in American History. Lillian is currently a certified Pre-School Teacher and has been in the education profession for 7 years. She hopes to one day become a power educator to ensure our future is in good hands.
