We are a custom millwork with over fifteen years experience in bringing our customers’ visions of inimitable entryways to life. Known for craftsmanship, quality, and first-class service, we will customize any door design you can dream up. As a supplier to millworks for years, we have expertise in all phases of production, from design, wood selection, fabrication, to the final finish, and it goes without saying that our doors always conform to or exceed local and state codes and requirements.

Your home deserves the best-and so does the environment

All of our entryways are superior 100% hardwood. Each piece of lumber is kiln-dried, then gently acclimated to the environment for months, ensuring the complete curing of the wood and maximum structural integrity of the final product. All of our wood comes from sustained yield management forests in Bolivia. Our Laminate glass also reduces UV light by 99%, and it prevents fading, and dramatically reduces noise

Iron Grills

We offer you the option of complementing your door with an exquisite iron grill. Each grill is individually handcrafted by our artisans. Available in black or antique finish. Each grill is hinged allowing for easy access and cleaning.

At All American Millwork we invite you to choose from our many standard selections or we will help you create your very own customized exterior or interior door. Select the design, material (wood or iron), finish, color, glass and hardware that fit your dream. Once we get it on paper we can make it happen.

Standard exterior doors up to 8’ are 1 ¾” thick. We can customize to 2 ¼” or 3”

Standard interior doors up to 7’ are 1 3/8” thick. Over 7’ interior doors 1 ¾”

Impact doors up to 8’ are 1 3/4“ thick, over 8’ are 2 1/4” thick (minimum).

Widths can be up to 48”. Heights can be up to 120''.

All American Millwork offers, architects, builders, design centers and homeowners a complete service beginning with your idea and creating a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawing. Every custom door crafted by All American is first created in a CAD drawing illustrating your design, door size, total unit size and other custom specifications with complete accuracy. This guarantees that the final product will be exactly as you specified. All American and our dealers will work closely with you to ensure that your vision is realized. Your entrance makes an impression, but a distinctive entrance makes an immediate impression about you.

Beauty

Wood has a beautiful natural grain, figure and color. It can be painted or stained to harmonize with any decorative treatment. The many styles available in wood doors add to the interior or exterior beauty and design of any building.

Insulation

Wood is Mother Nature's insulator, while metal readily conducts heat and cold. Wood is 400 times more effective than steel and 1,800 times more effective than aluminum as an insulator.

Stain & Paint

Precision-made wood exterior doors, frames and modern weather stripping are the ideal barrier to keep out cold, heat and dust.

Adjustable

All buildings (specially new ones) may settle slightly, frequently enough to throw doors out of alignment and cause sticking. Readjustment of wood doors to make them operate smoothly can be done quickly and economically with basic carpentry skills.

Easy installation

Pre-assembled wood door units (door, frame and hardware) are quickly and easily installed into a wall opening with a minimum of fitting and adjustment.

Why Wood?

Doors make the first impression, but they also serve as a barrier between the hostile environment and the comfortable interior. The many benefits of wood have made it traditionally recognized as the ultimate in distinctive exterior or interior doors. While wood doors contribute to the beauty of a structure's exterior design, they also provide protection against intruders, as they have a high resistance to forced entry and can be easily machined to accept a wide variety of security locks, deadbolts and other hardware. Many wood look-alike doors are being produced, but not many can measure up to the elegance of a 100% solid wood door, especially when enhanced with clear coatings, natural stains, or even paint.

Wood doors are natural insulators, not only retarding the flow of heat, but resisting the formation of condensation on the inside surface of the door. They do not freeze shut in cold climates or rust in damp ones. The warmth of wood comes from millions of tiny honeycomb cells between the wood fibers, which provide a high percentage of dead air volume, a well-known insulator. Did you know more energy is lost around a door than through it? The energy efficiency of an entryway has much to do with its design and the quality of the installation. A properly installed wood door and modern weather stripping will provide a tight, energy conserving entryway.
